It is not known if this picture will be an exhibit on Monday as Taylor Swift defends herself against a $3 million dollar damages action brought by DJ David Mueller after she accused him of fondling her three years ago.

In case you're not up to date on everything that's happened with the case, here's everything you need to know heading into the trial. Here she is seen with him and another DJ Shannon Melcher at the shoot where the alleged incident occurred.

In his lawsuit, Mueller claims he was sacked from his job at a country music station after Taylor's team wrongfully told his boss that Mueller had groped the singer-songwriter.

Mueller had first charged in a lawsuit that Swift falsely accused him of touching her inappropriately during a photo he took with her and his girlfriend before Swift's 2013 concert at the Pepsi Center in Denver, The Daily Beast reported. She said that she countersued to "serve as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts".

Entertainment news outlet TMZ obtained and published the photo, which has since been sealed by the court.

According to court documents, a settlement in the case is off the table at this point.

Mueller sued Swift, claiming her false accusations did irreparable harm to his professional reputation and resulted in his wrongful termination. He also claims that later in the evening on the night of the concert, he was berated and thrown out by security.

"It's impossible for me to pick one specific moment that it was happening because it happened in a series of moments, so one of the moments when it was happening, in progress, was the moment we were posing for the photo and when the photo was being taken, but that was not the only moment that he was grabbing my a**", she alleged.

Mueller sued Swift in 2015.

Former radio host David Mueller, 55, was in court and arrived with his lawyer Gabriel McFarland.

He claims he was sacked after Swift falsely accused him of grabbing her and he is seeking up to $3 million in damages.

Jury selection began Monday for David Mueller's lawsuit against Taylor Swift. Mueller was backstage with his girlfriend when they met with Swift, then 23, in a curtained enclosure.

Swift is expected to testify. She added that he waited an "unreasonably" long time to file his suit.

Who will testify at the trial? .

A jury will hear both sides of the case beginning next week.

A number of fans are expected to attend the trial, with 32 seats in the public gallery being made available each day. An additional viewing room with 75 seats will be set up elsewhere in the courthouse, with monitors for more interested parties to watch. However, shirts bearing her name or anything of her likeness will not be permitted.
