Roadhog Volleyball is Overwatch's funniest new custom game

Javier Burns | 31 May, 2017, 00:37

Rarely does a week go by without some form of new Overwatch content being teased and / or speculated about, and this week is no different. Blizzard rarely publishes information on a whim, if ever, leading fans to believe that a new hero, map, or lump dump could be imminent.

The post, published by Overwatch's in-game media outlet Atlas News, revealed that new details on the fate of the Horizon Lunar Colony have surfaced after years since it went offline.

A series of inter-departmental emails between Winston and other scientists on the Horizon Lunar Colony suggest some kind of breach. Based on the transmissions, it looks like this teaser could be for a new gorilla hero after Winston, possibly named Hammond.

As the lore dictates, the Horizon Lunar Colony was established on the moon by Lucheng Interstellar for the sole objective of space exploration. Where's Hammond? You'll notice his name mentioned in the messages above. The station housed gorillas as part of an experiment to determine the effects of "prolonged habitation in space". What's interesting though, is that another character is also missing from the area: Hammond.

Konta upbeat despite shock French exit
British number one Johanna Konta suffered a shock defeat by world number 109 Hsieh Su-wei in the first round of the French Open .

However, there is also the possibility that the post means that a new hero is coming to Overwatch.

The arrival of the game's 25th hero could be imminent.

The combination of the free weekend & Anniversary discounts did the deed: Overwatch is back in the British chart, claiming the #2 as of the last week.
