ACC, Notre Dame extend football partnership through 2037

On Thursday morning, the ACC announced the five annual games its member schools will play against Notre Dame in upcoming seasons.
Several showdowns between the Tigers and Fighting Irish are in the future.
Notre Dame still isn't a full-fledged member of the ACC in football. The Irish will also open with a Labor Day game in 2036 at Virginia Tech. Given the status of Notre Dame's lucrative television contract with NBC, they will likely remain conference-less in football for quite some time ahead.
Clemson will travel to Notre Dame for consecutive games in the series in 2020 and 2022, then Notre Dame will come to Clemson for consecutive games in 2023 and 2027.
