This Apple Clips app needs to be a staple of iOS 11

Apple Clips app APPLEEasy controls allow instant editing

This is the kind of stuff that makes it much more of a video creation app than a Snapchat competitor. It will then allow the user to edit the finished clip - or picture - by adding text, overlays, emoji, filters and posters, the opaque little cards that the tech giant introduced in the app. These days, it's possible to use those apps in public and with friends in a way that doesn't feel terribly rude, whether it's because everyone else is doing it or because the point is to share something quick and raw.

Like Instagram, Clips only does square videos. This is ideal for scrolling through Facebook's auto-playing News Feed, but also improves accessibility, making videos easy to watch for viewers who are deaf or hard of hearing. Adding emoji as stickers is fairly simple as well.

When you've selected one, you can hold down the red record button and speak over the top of the video.

Clips also has several Fun Effects users can take advantage of.

There are eight filters altogether, but Ink and Comic Book appear to be the most used filters.

You can also share a clip via email or post it to your go-to social networks, minus Snapchat.

One can also pinch and drag the photos and videos while recording to add zoom animations, as well as a smooth pan. And on the soundtrack front Apple have outdone themselves, organising a large library of royalty-free songs that can automatically fit themselves the length of the video.

Delta cancelled nearly 3000 flights in the past week
Additionally, Delta has ranked No.1 in the Business Travel News Annual Airline survey for an unprecedented six consecutive years. When these Delta passengers couldn't make their flight, the airline instead made a decision to treat everyone to a bite.

Clips builds in Smart Sharing and will offer the user sharing suggestions based on who is in the video. Then they want you to share it with the world.

What Makes Clips Different From Other Apps?

According to Apple, Live Titles supports 36 different languages.

You can choose from a variety of fonts and text positioning options, and you might have to speak more slowly and clearly than you would naturally in order for it to correctly interpret every word. However, as time passes, developers may simplify things. This helps the app prioritize contacts in the share functionality. We may also see additional filters, effects and other useful tools added to Clips.

The stand-alone app, which is only available in the United States, lets you cobble together photos and videos, which you can record fresh or select from your camera roll. The live titles makes you think for vlogging - but professional YouTubers require way more advanced features than this, and amateurs are generally trying to compensate and use professional software too. A user can record the video first and then import it to Clips to bypass this strange-looking format.

An Iphone 7 Plus with its new dual camera is displayed at Puerta del Sol Apple Store the day the company launches their Iphone 7 and 7 Plus on September 16, 2016 in Madrid, Spain.

Apple just pushed out its newest app, a mobile iMovie for the Snapchat generation-but it's far from the only lightweight video editor you can get for your phone.
